We have visited Cordoba once before, and fell in love with it. Its one of those beautifully authentic Andalusian towns that is so easy to adore.

After the most incredible (if I do say so myself, ha ha) Alice in wonderland bridal brunch in the morning, I then planned for the Hen party to be collected from our villa and taken to Puerto Banus. The plan was to sample as many cocktails from Banus all the way to Marbella old town.
I'm taking you with me for the most exciting, fun, luxurious, stylish and incredible (and i'm not over exaggerating) Lunch! Fancy it? I had no idea we where we were having lunch, the only information the hubs gave me was that he had booked somewhere incredible for us... When we arrived at the Mandarin Oriental restaurant Moments, I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. Moments has two Michelin stars already for its cuisine inspired by Catalan culinary culture and is Managed by chef Carme Ruscalleda, one of the most famous chefs in Spain. The menu, is inspired by the Seventh art. 12 courses, in the theme of famous movies... how exciting. An experience that was not only beautiful and delicious but exciting and entertaining at the same time... time to take our seat at the cinema. To Start... Breakfast at Tiffany's. Served in the cutest way! Sobrasada Brioche, Mahon cheese and apple ham broth. Followed by (LEFT TO RIGHT) Mujeres al borde de un ataque de nervios 1988 (I Cant pretend i'm familiar with the movie, but the dish was amazing) Gazpacho. manchego, white and black garlic The godfather 1972 (colt, orange, eggplant) Titanic 1997 (marine elements , chantilly) Como agua para chocolate 1992. Quail in rose petals. 007 in octopussy. Rock octopus, cannelloni, potatoe, paprika Forest gump 1994. Mediterranean red prawn The wizard of oz. Red mullet, bell pepper and asparagus. For this dish, we were instructed to wear our glasses and watch the dish turn into the emerald city. Wow The most controversial dish... the silence of the lambs 1991 Suckling lamb, borsh, brain (I know) and katsuobushi. Followed by Ratatouille 2007, cheese selection with sweet ratatouille. Finding nemo. The serving of this dish was just amazing. A large fishbowl with ts own floating nemo. completely enhanced the theater of this dish. It was easy to see why it was a massive hit with the days guests Pulp fiction 1994. The famous $5 shake. Yes, it was every bit as amazing as it looked. Charlie and the chocolate factory. Chocolate, green tea matcha and olive oil. An amazing grande finale. If you haven't tried chocolate and olive oil, your not living! I really couldn't recommend an afternoon or evening at moments enough, its quite simply an unmissable experience. Impeccable, entertaining, unique and utterly delightful. My compliments to the chef indeed
Where are your favorite places to eat in Barcelona, id love to hear any tips you have!? Moments Passeig de Gràcia, 38-40, 08007 Barcelona, Spain +34 93 151 87 8 For more restaurants in Spain see here and here Is there anything better than pottering through a city you love and getting lost in maze of backstreets? Dress Yumi , Bag Chanel In my experience its the best way to find the cutest places We set off after a lazy Saturday morning after breakfast in bed with no plans for the afternoon other than to find good cafe con leche and beautiful buildings The Gothic quarter was the place we were looking for! We managed to find the best cafe con leche and the stunning buildings... win! And took a break from the site seeing in the quirkiest cafe
For this trip to Barca we stayed at Soho house. Somewhere iv wanted to experience for quite some time, and somewhere I felt would be a fitting hotel concept for such a fun, energetic city (anyone else like to match the vibe of a city to the hotel?)
So, onto the obvious first. The building is gorgeous. And it goes without saying, because its soho house...but the interiors are fantastic. Its marries with the Spanish style perfectly.
The hallways are blue panelling goals
And the bedrooms views are EVERYTHING. Whats not to love about a view of port vell Marina?
All the details are there...marshall radios... floral teapots and cut glass cocktail glasses
And a giant bed you want to dive right into. We did...it dod not stay that tidy for long.
Evidence!?!...like you need it
Time to rustle up a cocktail or two and order the house cheeseboard...heavenly
"Eeny, meeny, miny, moe"
My only "problem" with Soho house Barcelona is that its so good, has everything you need in one place...that you forget you have beautiful city to explore...
For more Barca adventures see here and here Belle xx Barcelona has been one of my favourite city's ever since I first visited in 2008. And now that I live in Spain I have an even greater appreciation for this fantastic city The first thing that drew me in about Barca, was the architecture. I truly believe it has the most unique architecture in Europe and am a huge gaudi fan... But more about that later! A great place to start your Barcelona adventure is on Las Ramblas. Its a gorgeous leafy boulevard which cuts through the heart of the city centre. Its vibrant, full of life with lots going on. And a great place to grab a cafe con leche or glass of sangria and people watch It leads to Mercat Boqueria. A great place to have a stroll round and the vibrant market housed in this beautiful building Another great place to add to your list is The Parc de la Ciutadella. There's much to see here: fountains and sculptures decorate the park while more of that gorgeous architecture will catch you eye. Soak in the glorious sun and check out the Arc de Triomf and its surrounding areas, it has the best vibe. Cascada Monumental is really beautiful and definitely something to see and take a selfie or to at
Southern Spain is the home of the little white village. There are a few super cute ones that I plan on showing you around. Lets start with Mijas (Pronounced Me -Hass)
Famous for its Donkey taxis, It nestles comfortably in the mountainside at 428 meters above sea level.
One of my favourite times of year in Seville and in fact Spain is Spring. The temperature is perfect, just warm enough before the intense summer heat kicks in. The added bonus in Seville is that its orange blossom season, and its my favourite smell in the entire world. Its unbelievable!
A good friend of mine was celebrating a big birthday. Having newly moved into out new home (which is my actual dream home) I invited her round for a birthday afternoon tea, and to give her the tour
When we are home for the weekend one of our favourite things to do is have lunch at the lovely Finca Cortesin. Its the most beautiful Andalusian style hotel not far from where we live, with an incredible beach club. It also has the loveliest restaurants to choose from... this weekend we were craving beach views, so the beach club it was
