Fight the Frizz with These Hair Management Tips
One of the hardest things when you have frizzy hair is trying to manage it. Whether it's the humidity that triggers a ball of frizz to extend from the edges of your scalp, or it's just because that's just where the way it looks, frizzy hair can happen to the best of us. Sometimes it's not a natural occurrence, as in your hair isn't naturally frizzy, but it's that way because of the weather. For others, though, frizzy hair is a way of life and trying to tame that frizz is not the easiest thing to do.

Fight the Frizz with These Hair Management Tips
Even simply playing with your hair a little too much can lead to the frizz going off and you're dealing with static for the rest of the day. You could have straight hair and end up with a frizzy bomb, or you can have a hard time maintaining 4a hair that seems to pop and frizz in the summer months. Either way, you have to learn to tame it so that you can continue with your day without dealing with the static and the time it takes to get it under control. You need the help to make sure that your hair doesn't become unmanageable, especially when you're just trying to go about living your life. So with that in mind, let's take a look at some of the ways that you can fight the phrase and manage your hair better.

1.Use the right products. From the shampoo and the conditioner that you put in your hair when you shower, to the straightening products or the curling products you use, you need to make sure that you are using ones that are designed for frizzy hair. The key to hair management is to just start with the basics and go from there. If your hair is curly or naturally frizzy then you need it to be hydrated as possible, so a curl enhancing shampoo and conditioner with a formula that will ensure that your hair doesn't turn to a

  1. frizz bomb in the heat is important. If your hair is already naturally curly, then you need to remember that the shaft of your hair is going to be more susceptible to frizzing. Using a hydrating shampoo and a conditioner can help.
  2. Incorporate hair masks when you're doing your hair care routine. You might use a face mask a couple times a week to keep your skin hydrated and comfortable. This should go for your hair as well. Hair masks are designed with the right ingredients that are more concentrated so that you can impact your hair positively in a shorter time. When you're choosing your hair washing products, make sure that you are choosing a hair mask that you can use a couple of times a week to restore the hydration in your hair. Choose ones that have coconut oil or Shea butter or Castor oil to restore the oils. Without this, you're going to find it much harder to maintain the moisture in your hair, and that deep conditioning that you've been trying to do is going to be harder to manage.
  3. Swap your towels. If you've been using regular bath towels to sort your hair, you need to swap them out for microfiber towels. Towel drying is very quick, but if you're trying to avoid using heat, then you need to choose a microfiber towel so that you can really pull the moisture out from the water. Your hair is at its most vulnerable state when it's wet, so the thicker material of a towel can also ensure that the cuticle is raised and it can cause premature breakage. When you are using a microfiber towel, you'll be able to stop the breakage from happening while absorbing all of that excess water from washing your hair. While it doesn't take all of the moisture out of it, and you don't want to do that in the first place, it does remove all of the excess, and that's the goal.
  4. Rinse your hair with cold water when you wash it. It may sound like a nightmare to stand underneath a cold shower, but you do need to give your hair a cold water rinse when you have cleaned it. Using temperatures that are too high will kill your growth cells in your scalp, and it can actually make your hair more frizzy. High temperatures will strip the hair of its natural oils, and this can cause that lack of moisture you've been trying to avoid. This is where frizzy hair is most common. So ensuring that you use a cold hair rinse is going to make sure that the cuticle lays flat.If you've already washed your hair but you do want to go in the shower, use a shower cap and a sap headband so that your hair doesn't become a frizzy mess in the steam.
