Being the total event people that we are, and Spain not really having the climate to cater for our cosy needs, last year we decided to spend Halloween in super lovely Cornwall

What could be cosier than a super cute cottage right next to the stormy, dramatic sea! We found this amazing cottage through Niche retreats.

St Ives is a must in my book, arguably the cutest of all the Cornish towns. A picturesque fishing harbor and seaside town. Take a stroll through the maze of narrow cobbled streets, boutique shops and fisherman’s cottages in the heart of St Ives. If your feeling energetic set off on an inspiring walk along the coastal path towards Land’s End. Its a great way to work off those scones

There is something about being bundled up in scarfs and coats and out on the fresh cold air.

And it’s even better to get out of the blustery English weather into a cosy little cottage by the sea and put some logs on the fire. Made even cosier by our pumpkins ready to scare away any ghouls...

They really have the cutest, most delicious range of cupcakes to choose from, such as red velvet, chocolate heaven and vanilla salted caramel were all so tempting but it was only right and proper to have the seasonal pumpkin spice
