Being the total event people that we are, and Spain not really having the climate to cater for our cosy needs, last year we decided to spend Halloween in super lovely Cornwall What could be cosier than a super cute cottage right next to the stormy, dramatic sea! We found this amazing cottage through Niche retreats. Whilst I absolutely ADORE our life in Spain, every now and than I need my fix of the great British weather... its one on its own The cottage is set opposite the three mile beach of Porthleven, a pretty little coastal town Once we had checked out our new home for the week, we went pumpkin shopping. And then set out to explore a delightfully cosy Cornwall There are so many beautiful places to visit and explore in Cornwall, the choice is endless. I picked up my camera and headed out to make some memory's St Micheal's mount is like something out of a fairytale.... St Ives is a must in my book, arguably the cutest of all the Cornish towns. A picturesque fishing harbor and seaside town. Take a stroll through the maze of narrow cobbled streets, boutique shops and fisherman’s cottages in the heart of St Ives. If your feeling energetic set off on an inspiring walk along the coastal path towards Land’s End. Its a great way to work off those scones There is something about being bundled up in scarfs and coats and out on the fresh cold air. And it’s even better to get out of the blustery English weather into a cosy little cottage by the sea and put some logs on the fire. Made even cosier by our pumpkins ready to scare away any ghouls... This was one of my most memorable Halloweens ever. I'd love to hear how you like to spend your. Let me know in the comments below

OK, I know I'm last in line to get to Peggy Porschen's beautiful pastel Parlor, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't blog about it right? In my book, you can never have enough cake and floral garland! And after all, someone has to show you the cutest pastel Halloween inspiration there ever was! This Gorgeous Parlour could not be an more my style...and no suprises here...it serves the most fantastic cakes And can we just talk about these Pumpkin spice cupcakes (in rose gold cases no less)!? And that's before we even get into the hot chocolate. It is to die for... surprisingly light and totally delicious These adorable cookies are available to take home, both online and in store They really have the cutest, most delicious range of cupcakes to choose from, such as red velvet, chocolate heaven and vanilla salted caramel were all so tempting but it was only right and proper to have the seasonal pumpkin spice And isn't this floral Halloween wreath divine? I'm totally making one of these next year! If you fancy the cutest tea and cake in town, id totally recommend the delightful Peggy Porschen Parlour... in my opinion all cake shops should be this cute
Belle xx What better way to get you in the Halloween mood than pumpkin picking, don't you agree? And would you believe this was my first time ever! I can't believe iv been missing out all these years. So while we were in the uk last week, we took the opportunity to finally get our pumpkin picking on... it was also my nephews first time too. We jumped in the car and headed to Red House Farm. Seeing all of the pumpkins ready for picking really is the cutest thing Coat is Miss Selfridge, Ballet pumps are H&M I quickly found myself a couple of gems... Who knew you could have so much fun with pumpkins...this is before we have even started to carve! My nephew had so much fun, and loved picking his own pumpkin, even if he could barley carry his chosen one We made our way back through the sea of orange with our choices Ready to go back home for even more fun carving them Red House Farm is a great place for children and adults. There are lots of activity's to do and they even have a coffee shop which serves the best cake ever. Take a look at their calendar for a list of seasonal activity's
What are your favorite ways to get onto the Halloween spirit? Id love to hear all about them! Belle xx |
