One of the places we loved whilst visiting Ho Chi Minh City was The Park Hyatt, Saigon. It is such a beautiful setting for afternoon tea, with its shimmering chandeliers and beautiful floral arrangements. Id say it was a very simple and elegant affair, and I was so pleased that I could add this to my ever growing collection ofafternoon teas around the world.

 I was recently lucky enough to be sent some vegan protein shake from a really wonderful company called Nutribuddy. I'm someone who uses protein shakes all of the time as a quick and easy way of ensuring I get enough protein into my diet. Not always easy when you are vegan, right? But essential to someone who works out between 3 and 5 times a week like me.
 If you follow my Instagram, you'll know that last New Year The Hub's and I travelled to Vietnam to celebrate New Year’s Eve. We have been to Vietnam before but to the centre of the country (as you know Vietnam is huge)

As I mention is my earlier post, my husband took me away for a weekend in Paris to Celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. Paris is and has always been "our" place. It has so many memories for us and has been the backdrop for some of the most special occasions in our life together.
