Sundays were made for luxuriation and indulgence with the one you love (that can and should be yourself) and if there is another you love... well that's just the icing on the cake isn't it!
Speaking of cake, the Hub's and I spend this Sunday doing all of the relaxing things we love. Gardening, sunbathing and eating cake.

Almost every wedding has a DJ. It’s a relatively cheap upgrade for your wedding entertainment (at least, compared to some of the things you’ll have to pay for!) and a skilled DJ can rock the venue and make it ten times more memorable. So if you want to pick the perfect DJ for your needs, here are a couple of key questions that you need to ask them before hiring.
I realised that I haven't shared any of our guest rooms on my blog and what good a time as any to share them than while we are in lock down and I have some time to photograph them!
I mentioned in my previous post that I'd been spending most of my time during lock down cleaning, tiding and re organising our villa as it seems most of you guys are too. Seeing people posting on social media about how they are investing in their homes has been really inspiring to me.
In the post-pandemic world, we may not be as financially well off as we are now. However, this shouldn’t mean that you cannot enjoy your big day. You have been looking forward to getting married (finally), and nothing should prevent you from beginning the next chapter of your life with your soulmate. Getting married on a budget doesn’t mean foregoing the flowers, having a smaller cake, or going for a hand-me-down wedding dress. You simply need to know where to look to find excellent deals and set yourself a workable budget. Take a look at how you can get hitched without breaking the bank.
Like most of us during the Corona virus pandemic, I'm left during lock down to dream of the travel that we lost and the travel that we will do when all of this is over. Its always my favourite places that I wanderlust for... Provence, Italy and Marrakesh are all front of mind.
If you keep up with me on Instagram, you'll know that like most of you, I've spent my days during these crazy times of lock down pulling our home apart and putting it back together again.
Everybody wants to be confident, but not a lot of people really know where confidence comes from. True confidence is what you want to go for, and that is a much rarer breed to find than its common twin - bravado. The thing about bravado is that it very often comes hand in hand with low self-esteem but high self-regard, and that is a recipe for failure. What you want to develop is a genuine inner confidence which you can feel within you as a store of energy, and from which you can act with assurance and directness. There are a few certain things you can do to improve that internal store of confident energy.
When the time finally comes, and you are ready to start planning a wedding, you may often be taken aback by how much certain sources will estimate the cost to be. The trouble is, when it comes to planning a wedding, whenever a business hears that you want their service for your big day, they instantly see pound signs.
