It is one of the most colourful and naturally diverse national parks you will find. There are so many unique and bright flowers and plants, along with some stunning white cliffs and caves. If you fancy an active holiday with lots of walking, you need to add this park to your bucket list. Explore the caves in MateraMatera is another lovely city in Puglia thatâs well worth your time. Itâs famous for its network of cave dwellings, which have been inhabited since the Paleolithic era. You can book tours of these caves to walk around them all and see some truly unique structures. Even better, loads of the hotels and B&Bs here are built into caves. So, you can have a hotel room that looks like a cave, only with all the modern comforts.
