Love is in the air

As luck would have it, we managed to be in London for Valentines day this year which was a real treat... because London knows how to show a girl some love.  

How delightful to see these amazing hearts pop up all around the city!!! 

​So enamoured was I with the beauty of this amazing city that I decided to spend my day walking around, taking in the sites and enjoying a coffee or 10

London in the spring is delightful with blooms popping up everywhere, complimenting the unique architecture  

As much as id love to wonder the streets all day with my camera,  I had a date for lunch with the hubbs.

We popped into The Ivy Kensington Brasserie for my beloved Truffle arancini bites, which are an absolute favourite of mine. 

The Salt-crusted sourdough bread, which arrived warm and begging for butter is just too good for words. 

And I love the butternut squash risotto. Delicious  

I wore my new Flamingo top by Zara (see here) and discovered flamingos really make people smile!
