Nutribuddy protein shake review

​I was recently lucky enough to be sent some vegan protein shake from a really wonderful company called Nutribuddy.  I'm someone who uses protein shakes all of the time as a quick and easy way of ensuring I get enough protein into my diet. Not always easy when you are vegan, right? But essential to someone who works out between 3 and 5 times a week like me.

What makes this shake different from all the others i'v tried (and Iv tried a few) is that it vegan, gluten-free, cruelty-free, preservative-free and made with 100% natural ingredients. Nutribuddy only uses recyclable and reusable packaging wherever possible and say no to animal products and palm-oil – always! That's really quite the impressive list of good things. Add in the fact that its low calorie and tastes absurdly divide and iv found myself a real winner. 

So far iv only tried the strawberry flavour shake which was creamy and delicious, so I can't wait to taste the other flavours too. The protein comes from a combination of rice and pea protein, giving it a fantastic amino acid profile. It also contains yummy gluten-free oats! The question for me is do I try the chocolate or the Vanilla next?

They also make these amazing Nutribuddy shakers for when you are on the go... of course I got mine in Pink. This was perfect for me as I like to have mine within 30 minutes of my workout. I just add 2 scoops of the protein powder to the shaker and pop it in my gym bag. After my workout I add  water and i'm good to go!

I'm so thrilled that I found the Nutribuddy high protein sculpting shake and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family and of course my followers! Do let me know if you try ot yourself
