There aren't many things that I will willingly get up for at 5.30am... but watching a sunrise in the Seychelles is one of them. Our Gem (short for guest experience maker) let us into a little secret. If we take a buggy to the other side of the resort where the spa is, you can see the sunrise of lifetime. We took his word for it, and were not disappointed. We saw every shade imaginable in the most beautiful location possible In complete silence, the most amazing moving image unfolding. I almost forgot how tired I was, and how much I needed coffee Until coffee magically arrived, and then... the moment was truly perfection Is there anything more incredible than the sun rising in the morning?! After all of that glorious sunset watching, we had worked up quite the appetite. Which brings me onto one of the best things about this resort. Breakfast!!!! In my husbands words, it would be worth visiting here for the breakfast alone. And I totally agree with him. The menu has something for everyone. And having tried the entire breakfast menu over the course of a week, I can tell you. It’s all incredible. And many of the dishes surprisingly healthy. This was my first time trying the dish Shakshuka... a savory egg sensation. Give it a try and you'll never look back. Packed full of herbs and spices, this is now one of my absolute favorite breakfasts . Tony was so fond of the one pan breakfast that he ordered it nearly everyday.

Agreed on all fronts! Truly a magical looking experience. Where did you stay? Looks like another place to add to the bucket list!
