A Birthday afternoon tea

A good friend of mine was celebrating a big birthday. Having newly moved into out new home (which is my actual dream home) I invited her round for a birthday afternoon tea, and to give her the tour 

Just something informal and cute, to show her she is appreciated and special.

It was the perfect opportunity to break out the Wedgwood (My set is thecuckoo collection) and eat some cake.
And the pink lemonade was perfect for a hot afternoon in Spain   

I Purchased some petite fours and macrons from my local patisseried'alicia. They are the cutest. And I served tea from Mariage freres, which went down a treat!

We spent the afternoon catching up and enjoying my new home.

Whats not to love about cake and good company !
