Afternoon Tea at the Park Hyatt, Saigon

One of the places we loved whilst visiting Ho Chi Minh City was The Park Hyatt, Saigon. It is such a beautiful setting for afternoon tea, with its shimmering chandeliers and beautiful floral arrangements. Id say it was a very simple and elegant affair, and I was so pleased that I could add this to my ever growing collection ofafternoon teas around the world. 

They say first impressions are the most important, so walking into the hotel to this amazing floral display definitely sets the tone. A sparkly chandelier and beautiful floral display go a long way with me.  

We started with  Iberico pork belly reuben, lobster brioche bun, Phu Quoc pepper crusted salmon and meredith valley goats cheese.

Before moving onto the most delicious Park Hyatt signature sweet selection including pomelo ginger profiteroles, strawberry lime slice, orange blueberry macaron or badiane scented chocolate tartlet.

In my opinion it was the perfect way to spend the afternoon
