Bangkok...Part one

One of my Favourite Trips from this year was our trip to Thailand. We visited Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phang Nga Bay.

One of the first things ever saw when we arrived was a pink taxi. I mean who doesn't love a pink taxi...

Our first stop, Bangkok was every bit as colourful as I had expected. During our stay we spent a couple of nights at the beautiful Oriental residences before moving onto The Mandarin Oriental hotel.

Our suite at The Oriental Residences was a fantastic base for days of exploring Bangkok. The rooftop swimming pool didn't hurt either...

Bangkok is such a colourful, pretty city. And the smell of Jasmin is everywhere

We spent our first day exploring temples each one more beautiful then the next. They were on such an impressive scale, we were in awe!
