Lunch with a view

When we are home for the weekend one of our favourite things to do is have lunch at the lovely Finca Cortesin. Its the most beautiful Andalusian style hotel not far from where we live, with an incredible beach club. It also has the loveliest restaurants to choose from... this weekend we were craving beach views, so the beach club it was

Its the perfect place to enjoy a sunny Saturday lunch!  

I thought id wear my new summer dress for Zara, it so easy to wear in this kind of heat

We started our lunch with some traditional Jamón Ibérico de Bellota y pan con tomate (I'm practicing my Spanish) Iberian ham with tomato bread. And some Iberian ham croquettes. Delicious!

And as I am not always the biggest drinker I asked the waiter to whip me up a refreshing mocktail.

For my main course I had the ​Monkfish with fried garlic which was so fresh and tasty.

In case you haven't noticed, I have a bit if a thing for sweet stuff...It was cheat day after all, and we shared this delicious "Chocolate as the first time" raspberry sorbet and red fruit. I could not resist a name like that
