The golden gate to Sausalito

So we got to put a tick on our bucket list with this one

And this was a big tick for the hubbs especially as he has long marvelled at the engineering of the bridge 

We set of on a little adventure over the bridge, with the promise of the cutest town once we made it across 

The day was fresh and crisp and the fog ensured I took some really atmospheric shots of the bridge

And its really not too log a walk. Of course you can choose to take a bike

Once over the bridge, we started to see what people had been raving about 

The prettiest little town was just around the corner.

The view of San Francisco from the waterfront was breathtaking. Its hard to believe the hustle and bustle of San Fran is just an hour away 

We found the cutest restaurant to stop for some lunch by chance. What a gem Scoma's is! Floating right out over the bay...

 Its a little piece of heaven... Romantic and serene at the same time ​

As you can imagine it serves the freshest seafood ever... and the deserts are not bad either  

Sausalito is a really cute little place, with the prettiest shops, saltwater taffy and views to die for, a definite must if your planning a trip to San Francisco
